  • I offer tarot readings as one-on-one coaching sessions designed to bring clarity, perspective, and insight into your life. In each session, I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore questions, notice patterns, and uncover recurring themes. As a self-taught reader, I use the cards as a mirror for self-reflection, a guide to connect with your inner wisdom, and a supportive tool for mindful alignment. Sessions can be single appointments or ongoing coaching, and my goal is to help you leave feeling grounded, attuned to your inner guidance, and at ease moving at your own pace.

Through private coaching, small group workshops, and community facilitation, I help you bring mindfulness into your life with ease, consistency, and intention.

    I have trained with respected teachers and institutions, including Angela Tara Hsu, Virginia Gallagher, Sarah Spence at Hot Asana Yoga University, and Tiffany Cruikshank with Yoga Medicine. These experiences inform my teaching, blending functional anatomy, mindful sequencing, and an emphasis on accessible, safe, and thoughtful practice. In my classes, you’ll find space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms.

    I currently offer virtual Reiki healing sessions designed to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. In private sessions, I create a safe and nurturing space where you can release tension, restore energy flow, and connect with your inner calm. I am trained in Usui Reiki, which informs my gentle and intuitive approach. Reiki can complement personal growth, emotional processing, and mindfulness practices, leaving you with a deeper sense of ease, clarity, and centeredness.
